First Luxury Apartment Complex Hits Fulshear

Houston-based developer Judwin Properties unveiled plans to construct ParkLane Fulshear, an extra-amenitized Class-A apartment complex near FM 1463.

The apartments feature garden-style units and will be the first multifamily project in Cross Creek Ranch, a master planned community developed by Johnson Development.

Located on a 21-acre site next to an HEB, the complex boasts high-end finishes, garages, tanning beds, a pool, a four-lane bowling alley and soundproof music practice rooms, among other amenities. The property is expected to break ground within a year to 15 months.
