We’ve gotta make sure credit is given where it’s due—we left out the names of the Cushman & Wakefield team that received the NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year award. Above, Kelley Parker accepted the award from Trammell Crow’s Aaron Thielhorn on behalf of his team—John Littman, David Chuoke, Tim Thomas, and Coe Parker. Cushman was recognized for the Intermarine sale/leaseback, a 91-acre site in the Ship Channel that included 12 buildings, a barge terminal, rail, storage yard, and four 200-ton gantry cranes. Lexington Property Trust purchased the property for over $80M.
