Grandbridge and JLL Finance Pros Open ARA Debt Arm

ARA, now officially part of the Newmark/BGC family of companies, is bulking up its capital markets presence, bringing on Tip Strickland, Holly Minter, and David Schwarz IV as senior managing directors. The trio (which has 50 years of combined experience) will be primarily focusing on providing debt services, complementing Adam Allen’s existing equity practice at ARA. Holly tells us the firm will now do the entire spectrum of finance (and, as with Adam’s equity team, it doesn’t just handle multifamily) and will work with national clients. Holly, Tip and David started on Wednesday with a bang—they were awarded a financing assignment on their first day.
