| Trammell Crow Co principal Andrew Mele will manage the development activities at Mountain Creek Distribution Center in Carlisle. The project consists of two warehouse/distribution buildings totaling 1.3M SF on 113 acres at Exit 44 of Interstate 81 (the heart of Pennsylvania's famous 81 Corridor industrial market). Phase I, totaling 700k SF, is under construction and is slated for completion this summer. It’s designed with cross-dock loading, 32’ clear ceiling heights, 60’ x 47’6” typical bay space spacing, ESFR sprinkler systems, and ample on-site trailer storage. The building has already attracted significant tenant interest, and Andrew believes the project is well-positioned to capitalize on continued market demand.
