JV Bags Student Housing Near DU

A JV of out-of-state buyers has snapped up The Vista, a 286-unit student housing property near the University of Denver, for $25M, the Denver Business Journal reports. The JV was formed by the Preiss Co of North Carolina, which manages student housing, and the private investor Criterion Holdings of Maryland. Preiss will oversee the property going forward, and undertake a $500k upgrade of the facility.
