Denver’s newest office tower landed a new tenant — a fertility clinic.
Spring Fertility leased approximately 13K SF at 1900 Lawrence St., a 30-story, 720K SF office tower that opened in 2024. The company signed a 15-year lease, Spring Fertility Senior Vice President of Marketing Meghan Dwyer told Bisnow in an email.

The new space will be used for clinical care. It will also house Spring Fertility’s ambulatory surgery center, embryology laboratory and cryostorage.
San Francisco-based Spring Fertility has locations in California, Oregon and New York. Denver is the company’s first Colorado location.
Other tenants at 1900 Lawrence include national architecture firm Cooper Carry, Monfort Cos., and law firms D.A. Davidson, Reed Smith and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Denver chef Troy Guard plans to open a new restaurant in the building next fall.
PEOPLE
Sara Reynolds is the new CEO of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association. The association represents approximately 80% of Denver’s commercial real estate, according to its website. Reynolds has more than 20 years of experience in policy and consulting, according to the Denver Business Journal.

Heather Wiseman was promoted to principal of retail leasing at Evergreen Development, a Phoenix-based commercial real estate developer with a Denver office. Wiseman, who’s based in Denver, has been with Evergreen for seven years, previously working as the company’s senior vice president of leasing.
LEASES
Bonanno Concepts opened Rōmyō on Larimer Square at 1401 Larimer St., which previously housed Ted’s Montana Grill for 20 years. Rōmyō claims to be Denver’s first dedicated itameshi restaurant, a fusion of Japanese and Italian dishes.

Austin-based Break it Down launched its commercial composting, recycling and waste operations in Denver amid the city’s new ordinance that requires food-related businesses and property owners to offer recycling and composting services. Break it Down is leasing a 2K SF warehouse in Englewood.
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
The Colorado Community College System is looking for a master developer to redevelop Lowry Campus, a 145-acre property in Aurora and Denver, into a mixed-use project. JLL is managing the request for proposals process. Proposals are due by Nov. 16.

Denver architect and engineering firm Galloway & Co. acquired Indiana-based Hafer, an architecture, interior design, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hafer’s 70-person workforce will join Galloway’s 530 employees.
