Forbes Partnership Inc. has sold the 47-unit Tennyson44 multifamily community in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood to an out-of-state investor in an all-cash transaction valued at $19.15M.

The building at 4390 Tennyson St. is one of only three apartment buildings on Tennyson Street, which boasts some of the area’s best restaurants and nightlife, including El Chingon, Denver Biscuit Co. and The Oriental Theater just to the east on West 44th Avenue. Completed in June 2018, Tennyson44 has an indoor rooftop clubhouse space and two outdoor rooftop decks with fire pits and a grill.

“Tennyson44 is an incredible building in a perfect location, and it was fully leased in just four months,” said CBRE First Vice President Robert Bratley, who represented Forbes. “The apartments have the high-end finishes you would expect to see in one of the many luxury townhomes in the area.”
