Holland Partner Group Sells Lone Tree Apartments

Holland Partner Group has sold the Aspect, a 230-unit apartment community in Lone Tree, to John Hancock Real Estate for $62M.

The Aspect is at the southern end of the southeast business corridor where there are more than 260,000 jobs within a 15-minute drive. The property is less than a 10-minute walk from Lincoln Station, which includes the E, F and R light-rail lines.

Building amenities include a two-story fitness center, a clubroom with a fully equipped kitchen, a wine room, a sky deck with mountain views, bike storage and a dog wash. The apartments have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and full-size washer and dryers.

“This sale is representative of the type of institutional investment we continue to see in the Denver multifamily market and speaks to the quality of the investment landscape here,” said JLL Capital Markets Managing Director Pamela Koster, who, with Mike Grippi and David Martin, represented Holland Partner Group.
