CA, FL Developers Team For First CO Apartment Project

Resmark Apartment Living and Lennar Multifamily Communities are teaming up to develop Axis Westminster, a 374-unit apartment complex in Westminster. It will be a garden-style property with 13 three-story buildings on a 16-acre site, with room for an additional 79 units. Axis Westminster is the fifth project built by LA-based Resmark and Miami-based Lennar together, but the duo's first in Colorado, the Denver Business Journal reports.
