Speculative Industrial Project Planned For Arapahoe County

Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group plans to build a 150K SF speculative industrial building on 11 acres at 14101 East Otero Ave. in Arapahoe County.

The building will have 28-foot clear height ceilings, abundant parking and loading positions and ample yard area for outside storage. The project is expected to be completed during the third quarter next year.

“We want to increase our investments in demographically strong markets, and the Denver economy is poised to outperform many other regions of the United States, due in part to population growth and job creation,” Brennan Chief Investment Officer Scott McKibben said. “The Denver metro area recently surpassed 3 million and is projected to surpass 4 million by 2035. These factors should drive Denver industrial fundamentals in a positive direction.”

Brennan Investment is actively seeking development opportunities in strong markets such as Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Charlotte, Orlando, Dallas, Chicago, Kansas City and Tampa. The company acquires, develops and operates industrial properties in 25 states across the country. Since 2010, the company has acquired more than $3B in industrial real estate totaling more than 34M SF.
