Conor Commercial Real Estate and WHI Real Estate Partners acquired land at the southwest corner of West 120th Avenue and Huron Street in Westminster, and plan four spec industrial buildings for the site, called the Park 12 Hundred Tech Center. The buildings will come in a variety of sizes: one 172k SF structure, two others at more than 58k SF and another of 35k SF.
The buyers are both Illinois-based companies, the Denver Business Journal reports. The dearth of industrial supply in the northwest market, and high demand for such space across metro Denver, are drivers of projects like this. Construction on the property will begin next spring. [DBJ]
