Energy Company Leases at Colorado Tech Center

Packers Plus Energy Services Inc inked a 59k SF lease at 1960 Cherry St in the Colorado Tech Center in Louisville. Etkin Johnson Group started construction of 1960 Cherry earlier this year, as the latest development in the Colorado Tech Center. Packers Plus is a Canadian manufacturer of multi-stage completion systems for technically challenging oil and gas wells. Once 1960 Cherry is 100% leased, the developer plans to build 600k SF at the tech center over the next two years, including 120k SF at 2000 Taylor St (pictured). [DBJ]
