Charlotte's Web Triples Its Capacity With Louisville Lease

With 700 Tech Court Fully Leased, Etkin Johnson Has Broken Ground On 500 Tech Court.

Charlotte’s Web Holdings Inc. has leased a 136,610 SF speculative building developed by Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners at the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville.

The new building at 700 Tech Court will add more than three times the manufacturing capacity for rapidly growing Charlotte’s Web, which makes hemp-derived cannabidiol wellness products. Under terms of the lease, Charlotte’s Web has the option to expand into adjacent buildings that will be built as needed to accommodate the company’s growth.

Now that 700 Tech Court is fully leased, Etkin Johnson has broken ground on 600 Tech Court, the second building of the three-building Louisville Corporate Campus. The 113,288 SF industrial/flex building is expected to be completed during the first quarter of next year.
