Stonebridge Starts Work On Boulder Hotel

Denver-based Stonebridge Cos is developing a Residence Inn hotel in Boulder. The 155-room hotel will be at 2550 Canyon Blvd, adjacent to the Village Shopping Center, and roughly a mile from the University of Colorado's campus. Construction is underway and the property will open in late 2017, the Denver Business Journal reports. Residence Inn is a Marriott brand that focuses on extended stay. [DBJ]
