Vertix Starts Construction Of Medical Office Building

Vertix Builders has started construction of 145 Inverness Drive East, a medical office building at the Dry Creek Medical Campus in the Inverness Business Park.

Vertix, a healthcare construction specialist, will be working with longtime client Development Solutions Group, a developer of medical facilities, and Boulder Associates, a healthcare facilities designer.

“We have a longstanding and highly successful relationship with Development Solutions Group, providing the healthcare industry with highly efficient, first-class modern facilities,” Vertix President Ryan Bonner said.

The four-story building, under construction on 4 acres at the intersection of Dry Creek and Havana, will include 51K SF of office space and a 10K SF lower-level parking garage. Construction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2019.
