The Ivy Residences Is Expected To Be Completed This Summer.

The Ivy Residences has topped out, putting completion of the 26-unit condominium project a step closer.

The final beam was hoisted into place at the top of the structure, symbolizing the completion of the structural frame and exterior wall framing. The project is on track to be completed this summer.

The concrete-and-steel structure in the Lower Highland neighborhood is 42% pre-sold, with prices ranging from $300K to $900K. The boutique residences offer Luxer One package delivery and storage, space-saving tankless water heaters, outdoor spaces, car stackers, storage lockers, custom closets and home automation.

Developer Elevation Capital Partners selected Craine Architecture to design the project and general contractor Hyder to build it. Studio Zinyo is responsible for interior design.
