Woodmont Land Co. Will Build A Kiddie Academy Day Care Center On The Site.

Woodmont Land Co. plans to develop a 2.26-acre site in Lone Tree’s ParkRidge Corporate Center into a Kiddie Academy day care.

Woodmont purchased the site, the last available at the corporate center, from Denver United Land LLC for $1.25M.

“This was an opportunity to bring an additional amenity — child care — to the area,” said Avison Young principal Rick Egitto, who represented the seller. “The new Kiddie Academy day care location will serve the Corporate Center’s occupants and the surrounding residential community.

The 75-acre ParkRidge Corporate Center at the northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Interstate 25 along Park Meadows Drive is now completely built out with a mix of offices, multifamily and retail space adjacent to the Lincoln light-rail station between Sky Ridge Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente’s South Campus.

“The sale of this last site in ParkRidge Corporate Center ends my firm’s very successful 15-year run investing in Lone Tree commercial real estate,” Denver United Land principal Robert Hess said. “We look forward to finding more commercial real estate investment opportunities nearby."
