Former Sheridan School To Become Affordable Housing

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver acquired the former Ft. Logan Elementary School in Sheridan and will redevelop it into affordable housing. CBRE first VP Eric Roth—snapped on the links with John Boehner—repped the school district with first VP Martin Roth, and says the district was supportive of the buyer, understanding that the proposed project would benefit the community. "This is one of the more impactful projects our team will work on in our careers."
