Yolk Opens in One Arts Plaza

The stars were out for the opening of Yolk in One Arts Plaza last night for one of Zagat's most anticipated restaurant openings in Dallas this year. This is the first restaurant to open outside of the Midwest for the Chicago-based company. One Arts Plaza's newest eatery will be open for breakfast and lunch with a menu featuring (you guessed it) lots of egg dishes with a diner concept. We snapped this pic at the grand opening fete Monday night. Here's Billingsley's Marijke Lantz, Cheri Donohue, Yolk owner Taki Kastanis, Billingsley's Skip Simpson, Mary Peebles, Ron Skipper, Allison McCook, and restaurant manager Nick Roditis. NAI Robert Lynn's Kornel Romada repped Yolk. The restaurant officially opened today.
