Gensler's Hilti North America HQ In Plano

Hilti's main requirement for the 50k SF office was to celebrate its people and construction tool products. The entire project was built with Hilti tools and more than 26,000 modified Hilti products were woven into the space. Gensler earned praise for its clear concept, clean detailing and creation of shared spaces for collaboration. Check out our tour of the office for more.

This concept's dual function as a bar and coffee shop drove Official to concept the 2k SF space for both day and night. Houndstooth occupies the larger, sunlit area while Jettison fills the intimate back corner. Official won because of its playful interiors, creative use of light and duality of spaces.

Perkins+Will's Fire Station No. 27 In Dallas

This 24k SF fire station is the first multi-story station built in Dallas in over a century.
