Cushman & Wakefield Snaps Up Execs From CBRE, Stream

Former Stream Realty Partners Managing Director Christy Means and former CBRE Senior Project Manager Kyle Bramlett have joined Cushman & Wakefield. Both executives will retain their former titles. 

Means replaces John Patterson, who held his property management executive position for nearly 20 years at Cushman and predecessor firms. Patterson will leave Cushman Aug. 30 to join CREA Investments.

Prior to her role at Stream, Means held various property management positions at Cobalt Capital Partners and Transwestern

Bramlett joins Cushman & Wakefield as a result of expansion in its project and development services department. Bramlett has over 20 years of project management experience at CBRE and Lincoln Property. Some of Bramlett’s key assignments include Plano’s 200K SF build-to-suit for Cignapointe, Dallas’ Thompson & Knight 182K SF law firm office construction and Dallas’ $30M Fairmont Hotel renovation.
