Turns out people do not have to shovel manure to work in a barn. In Fort Worth, The Barn at 1921 Golden Heights is a novelty office development recently created from a restored barn near Alliance Airport.
In an office market where tenants are looking for unique and visually appealing spaces to spend their workdays, Ron Sturgeon is crafting his niche.
“What we are betting on with The Barn is that there are business people out there who are tired of the mundane and boring, and let’s face it, most office space for lease fits those descriptions,” Sturgeon told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
On the same lot, Sturgeon opened another novelty space fashioned from shipping containers dubbed “Box Office Warehouse Suites.”
Both developments are available for lease.
