What You Don't Know About Jim Graham

On his very first deal, Colliers International EVP Jim Graham learned the value of building relationships. The 2,400 SF deal (in 1986) in Campbell Center led to the relocation of the tenant into 4,500 SF in The Crescent before expanding them to 12k SF in The Crescent. That led to a 30k SF industrial deal. Later, he relocated them into a floor at the Galleria; then a second floor at the Galleria. “You never know where a client might take you if you are focused on client service regardless of the size of the transaction,” he tells us.
