Behringer Harvard Sells Las Colinas Office Park

West Walnut Hill acquired the Las Colinas Commons Office Park in Irving, a three-building, 239k SF portfolio at 1525, 1555 and 1621 W Walnut Hill Lane, for an undisclosed price.

The disposition was part of Behringer Harvard’s selloff of the remaining investments under its Opportunity REIT I, a process that has been trickier than it anticipated. The office park was previously under contract but the deal fell through.

Transwestern’s Steve Rowland, Steve Simon, Fletcher Cordell and Nathan Durham repped the seller.
