We rubbed shoulders with some of DFW commercial real estate's finest on the patio at Javier's Thursday at Colliers International Capital Markets Mixer. Here's American Realty Capital Properties' Boyd Messermann, Younan Properties' John Cook and event host, Colliers International's Jack Minter. Jack tells us he and colleague Creighton Stark recently sold Commerce Plaza Hillcrest for an institutional owner to Hartman Income REIT.
