Travis Walk Snags Another New Tenant For Uptown

LST Marketing is opening a new office in Dallas at Travis Walk, 4514 Travis St., within the Uptown/Oak Lawn submarket.

“We’re very excited about moving into the new office by early spring,” LST Marketing CEO Starke Taylor said in a statement. "LST Marketing’s business continues to grow in the Texas market and our need for a larger workplace led us to this location.”

The Uptown office market is still one of the hottest in DFW, exhibiting the second-lowest vacancy rate in Dallas proper (12.8%, according to CBRE Q4 research) with big deliveries coming down the line in 2018.

“LST Marketing’s new corporate office underscores the level of growth we’re seeing in our region,” JLL Managing Director Brad Selner said in a statement. “As more companies make their way to Dallas-Fort Worth, the business opportunities for firms like LST Marketing continue to mount."
