The Offices Two At Frisco Station Reaches 75% Occupancy In Frisco.

The healthcare services provider leased 8K SF inside the Frisco Station office building, bringing total occupancy to 75%.

Magellan has 9,000 employees across the nation and intends to open its next location inside the 210K SF Frisco Station spec office building by the end of the summer.

VanTrust Real Estate developed the facility, which is part of five planned office buildings inside the 242-acre Frisco Station development.

“Magellan Health is a perfect fit for the growing healthcare services corporate community at Frisco Station,” VanTrust Real Estate Vice President of Development Chris McCluskey said. “With the addition of Magellan Health, we will have 83K SF of The Offices Two leased to healthcare innovators.”

The Offices Two sits adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters and comes with 5G technology capabilities that support Magellan's healthcare service offerings, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director of Tenant Representation Craig Wilson said in a press statement.

The building has 44K SF left for leasing and is about to gain another sister facility with The Offices Three at Frisco Station opening in early 2021.
