Saint Paul Place is getting a major renovation. The 22-story, 273k SF tower will get a new tenant lounge on the second floor complete with a state-of-the-art conference center and an outdoor patio deck with a fire pit. The deck will extend to Ross Avenue and overlook the Dallas Museum of Art.
In addition, the espresso bar inside the building will be renovated to include areas for dining and working. The lobby will be fit with all-new seating. and WiFi access throughout the common areas will be improved.
Quadrant Investment Properties owns the building. CBRE’s Celeste Fowden, Seth Thatcher and Ben Davis are the exclusive leasing advisers. Tenants include D Magazine, accounting firm Crowe Horwath and Sendero Business Systems.
