Pei Wei is moving to the buzzy office market of Las Colinas, Texas. The pan-Asian cuisine giant is eschewing its headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, and putting down roots in Dallas-Fort Worth, home to its highest concentration of restaurants.

Pei Wei recruited JLL to negotiate a lease for the new headquarters and procured 16K SF at the Las Colinas Highlands tower.

“Pei Wei is making a tremendous investment in their company and North Texas. Not only is Dallas-Fort Worth one of the fastest-growing and economically sound regions in the country, but we are also home to Pei Wei’s largest concentration of storefronts. There has been a lot of interest in Las Colinas over the last few quarters, and demand remained strong in the area through Q2, according to research from Marcus & Millichap. Additionally, the Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce has voiced its willingness to dole out concessions as it is intent upon remaining competitive in bids for corporate relocations such as this one.
