Lake Highlands Completes Renos, 140k SF Contiguous Space Available

Lake Highlands Tower (formerly known as Abrams Centre) showed off its fully renovated lobby and common areas as it played host to Bisnow’s Dallas State of the Market event earlier this week. We ran into the leasing team: JLL’s Blake Shipley, Jay Bailey and Lauren Halstedt. They tell us the almost 326k SF tower at 9330 LBJ Freeway has about 140k SF of contiguous space available on the 14th and 15th floors, as well as signage options. Blake tells us in the few short months since Malouf & Gregory Interests acquired the property, more than 50k SF of leases have been inked. New tenant Senderra RX took a full floor.
