Dunhill Partners & Crosland Group Plan Design District Tower

Dunhill Partners, with partner Crosland Group, is planning to build a 16-story office tower on Stemmons Freeway at Edison Street near Victory Park in the Design District. The office tower will be next door to the new 1400 Hi Line apartment tower. Altschuler and Co is already pre-leasing the building. Plans call to start working on the building in the spring. The development team plans to also start on its Virgin Hotel at Hi Line and Turtle Creek Boulevard about the same time. Both buildings are designed by 5G Studio Collaborative. [DMN]
