Corgan is adding another 11K SF to its headquarters in Dallas’ West End.
The architecture firm plans to begin construction this month on the $1.8M expansion, according to a permit filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The project should take about six months to complete.

This is the company’s second expansion at The Luminary since moving in, a spokesperson told CoStar News. This latest project will take Corgan’s total footprint to about 110K SF.
Harwood International acquired the 169K SF, Class-A office building at 409 N. Houston St. in mid-2022. Advertising agency Lerma doubled the size of its headquarters in the building in December 2022.
Corgan attributed its expansion to growth in Texas and nationwide over the past several years, according to CoStar.
But not every CRE firm is in the same boat. Washington, D.C.-based architecture firm Page confirmed layoffs to Bisnow earlier this year, while many of the nation’s largest brokerages have implemented massive workforce reductions over the past two years.
