Peloton's Chuck Sellers and Lauren Perry lured 120 brokers with $100 gift card incentives to see the 150k SF chunk of available space at One Twenty Five John Carpenter Freeway, where we snapped them yesterday. (Even the rain and didn't dampen spirits.) The building's owner, Brookwood, has added multiple new amenities, including a new café, fitness center, conference center, and a newly renovated lobby with 24-hour manned security. In the works is a new tenant lounge, outdoor courtyard, and elevator modernization.
