Cozen O'Connor, an AmLaw Top 100 law firm, renewed its lease at the Comerica Bank Tower at 1717 Main St. in Downtown Dallas. Cozen was seeking other options but ultimately decided to remain in Comerica Bank Tower, moving from the 34th floor to the 31st where landlord M-M Properties is renovating the space to retain Cozen. The 31st-floor lease is 12K SF.

"The new space is designed to incorporate the things today’s law firms are looking for in their office environment, yet is very efficient relative to the key metric of attorney to square foot ratio,” Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Gosslee said in a statement.

Gosslee represented Cozen O’Connor. Mike Silliman handled leasing in-house for M-M properties.
