JPI closed on construction financing for Jefferson Innova, a 433-unit apartment complex that is Phase 2 of the company’s already under construction Jefferson Promenade project.

The apartment development, which stretches over five acres, is expected to open in 2021.

“Las Colinas is JPI’s most active submarket. This is the sixth community we’ve developed here in the past six years,” JPI Senior Vice President and development partner for the Central Region Miller Sylvan said. “The future is really bright for Irving. The dynamics and fundamentals of this area cannot be denied, and we look forward to continuing to play a part in this area’s growth.”

Jefferson Innova will offer a rooftop pet park and grooming station, an Uber lounge, a fitness center with an attached spin and yoga studio, a coffee bar and access to the Irving Convention Center DART station.

The project’s civil engineering is under the control of Glenn Engineering Corp., while its structural and MEP engineers include United Structural Consultants and Jordan & Skala Engineers, respectively.
