Criterion Property Co kicked off construction on The Scenic, a 276-unit Class-A multifamily development adjacent to Riverside Park in Fort Worth in the reemerging River East neighborhood. The Scenic Residences at River East overlooks both the Trinity River and downtown.
The Scenic features studios, one- and two-bedroom flats, two-story townhouses, and boutique manor houses featuring custom finish packages. Amenities include a large pool with sundeck, cabanas, lounge areas, fenced yards for first-floor residences, community gardening plots and pocket parts throughout the grounds.
The first units of The Scenic are expected to be ready for tenants by spring 2017, with the rest of the project finishing at the end of 2017. Rents will range between $950/month to $2,150/month.
