New Mixed-Use Development Is Coming To Fort Worth

Placeholder

A new 276-acre mixed-use development three miles west of Fort Worth is set to create a new destination neighborhood along the Trinity River, with social spots, restaurants and businesses.

The River District will feature new homes by Clarity Homes and Village Homes as well as a slew of entertainment venues, according to the Dallas Business Journal. The new project is the brainchild of a team including Fort Capital LP, Greystar, James R. Harris Partners, LVG Investments and Village Homes.

Construction is set to begin this spring. The new single-family homes and townhomes are already underway and will be ready for occupants by summer 2017. The homes will be near Crystal Springs on the River, an outdoor amphitheater and entertainment hub with live music, shops, restaurants and access to the Trinity River. [DBJ]
