The Union Has Hit Bottom—Literally

The Union Dallas is at a new low. The project broke ground in April and now that giant hole on Cedar Spring Road and Field Street has officially reached its deepest point at 50 feet below street level. General contractor DPR Construction will now begin construction on the 800k SF mixed-use project anchored by a 60k SF Tom Thumb. The 22-story office tower and 23-story multifamily tower combo by Red Development and StreetLights Residential was designed by HKS.
