Hillwood Properties is getting into the mixed-use game as the master developer of Frisco Station with a newly formed division, Hillwood Urban. Nebraska Furniture Mart opened up this spring with plans for the 433-acre Grandscape mixed-use project (with 3.9M SF of retail) to follow. Then, there’s KDC’s CityLine.
