Dallas North Tollway And Longwood Drive
SKRJ Properties purchased 2.4 acres at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Longwood Drive at Cobb Farm West Office Park in Frisco and plans to build a multi-tenant office building on the site.
Aubrey-based JCM Tollway Partners sold the tract. Henry S. Miller’s Jim Breitenfeld and Jim Turano repped SKRJ.
The intersection is less than one mile from Eldorado Parkway. Housing divisions such as Cobb Farm, Village at Cobb Hill and Estates at Cobb Hill flank the Tollway near the Longwood Drive intersection.
