Triathlon Battery Solutions, a subsidiary of Germany-based Triathlon Betterien GmbH, leased 19k SF in Coppell to be the company's new US HQ (and first US location!). Addison-based Biel Partners brokered the deal. Jeremy Kelly and Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty represented the landlord, ML Realty Partners.

Triathlon has already moved into the space at 631 Southwestern Blvd, Suite 140, and will have a grand opening in October. Addison-based Biel Partners recently brokered a 19,000 square foot, office-warehouse lease for Triathlon Battery Solutions, Inc—a United States incorporated entity with investment backing from their German parent company, Triathlon Batterien GmbH. The new location will be Triathlon’s headquarters within the United States.
