TOBY Winners

Parmenter Realty Partners' 845k SF Park Central 7*8*9 office complex earned the 2010 International TOBY Award in the renovated building category. Winning at the international level is the highest honor awarded by the BOMA. Parmenter southwest region COO Cindy Cohn tells us this is the 28th TOBY for Parmenter. She says its approach is to purchase underperforming assets and turn them into Class A properties.

Cindy says Parmenter generally enters buildings in these competitions when renovations are completed. “We feel it is an effective exercise for our staff to set the bar for performance at the highest levels of excellence in the industry.”
