| Parmenter Realty Partners' 845k SF Park Central 7*8*9 office complex earned the 2010 International TOBY Award in the renovated building category. Winning at the international level is the highest honor awarded by the BOMA. Parmenter southwest region COO Cindy Cohn tells us this is the 28th TOBY for Parmenter. She says its approach is to purchase underperforming assets and turn them into Class A properties. |
