Planned Industrial Development At Joel East And Oak Grove Roads In South Fort Worth

Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate, in partnership with Rob Riner Cos., is preparing to start work on a four-building industrial development in the South Fort Worth submarket.

The buildings will represent the second phase of an existing industrial property, in response to strong demand, according to the developers.

“We're bullish on the DFW industrial market, especially South Fort Worth," CHC-RE Head of Industrial and Self-Storage Investment Strategies Ben Doherty said. "We’ve had success delivering functional logistics product in this submarket and the tenant demand is robust."

At Joel East and Oak Grove roads, the second phase will include a 394K SF cross-dock facility, a 294K SF cross-dock facility and two 187K SF front-load facilities.

The first phase of the development totaled 488K SF in two cross-dock facilities and leased up within six months.

The development plan also calls for the expansion of Joel East and Oak Grove roads and further improving trucking access to interstates 35W and 20.

Construction of the four new facilities will begin in Q1. Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton will oversee marketing the space.
