Majestic Realty, Hickman To Develop 6M SF Industrial Park In South Fort Worth

California-based Majestic Realty Co. and Fort Worth-based Hickman Cos. will develop a 320-acre master planned business park called Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park in a joint venture. The 6M SF office, industrial and logistics park will be about three miles south of the intersection of Interstate 20 and Interstate 35 West. 

The multi-building Phase 1 will deliver in June 2018 with 1.8M SF of industrial space that can accommodate users from 35K SF to 1.2M SF. 

The first building will have 287K SF, 32-foot clear heights, 50 foot by 52 foot bay spacing, trailer parking, 66 dock doors and a 190-foot truck court. 

The surrounding submarket has a low vacancy rate and a strong labor market, Majestic vice president Josh Wheeler said. Tenants in the submarket include Alcon, Ben E. Keith, Budweiser, Halliburton, FedEx, NFI, Tyson and Procter & Gamble.

Majestic has 9.5M SF of industrial space throughout Texas.
