Hillwood Opens Largest Non-Terminal Building at DFW Airport

The giant scissors were out today to cut the ribbon on the biggest non-terminal ever built at DFW International Airport. The JV project of Hillwood Investment Properties and Perot Development Co opened the 1M SF Logistics Center I at 2701 W Bethel Rd in Coppell on 60 acres. The developers are keeping mum on the facility’s first tenant, but the name should be released soon. We hear the space is suitable for global e-commerce firms. The developers also expect to break ground later this year on Logistics Center II, an adjacent facility center that is planned for another 1M SF of cross-dock distribution space, on another 60 acres.
