Garland Building Half-Million SF Industrial Space

The City of Garland has approved a $20M Class-A industrial space in Garland's warehouse district near Garland Road and Interstate 635. The Garland Logistics Center will be 494k SF and will be built on one of the city's last sizable undeveloped parcels zoned for industrial product.

The City of Garland has approved a $20M Class-A industrial space in Garland's warehouse district near Garland Road and I-635. The Garland Logistics Center will be 494k SF and will be built on one of the city's last sizable undeveloped parcels zoned for industrial product.

IDI Gazeley will develop the building, beginning construction later this year, and Brookfield Property will supervise. IDI Gazeley's latest project, Jupiter Trade Center, was completed recently and is fully leased to four tenants.
