Westdale Could Bring Up to 1M SF to Deep Ellum

The old Knights of Pythias temple and the neighboring empty land at Elm and Good-Latimer Expressway could be turned into a boutique hotel, the Dallas Morning New reports. The Westdale Properties project also calls for an office building and up to 1M SF of total construction.
