Courtyard By Marriott Opens In Cascades At The Colony

Guests, city officials and project developers celebrated the grand opening of The Courtyard by Marriott within the Cascades at The Colony.

The 100-acre, mixed-use campus was developed by Jackson-Shaw to establish a vibrant commercial development along the north side of Sam Rayburn Tollway. The project is surrounded by more than 6M SF of corporate office space, and is expected to be a major entertainment destination.

The Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn are open and the new Courtyard is expected to open in mid-April, and is now accepting reservations.
