Coming early-to-mid 2014,Whole Foods Markets will anchor the Village Park at Colleyville shopping center. The40k SF store will bein a former Albertsons at the southeast corner of Glade Road and Hwy 26/Colleyville Blvd. Centennial Real Estate Co plans to renovate the center while also modernizing other retail areas. Centennial assembled the shopping center from three separate owners over the past 18 months and acquired Village Park with partners Gideon Interests and Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners. ViewPoint Bank provided the debt. Perren Gasc, who recently joined Centennial as an SVP and director of leasing from the Weitzman Group, will head leasing efforts.
