What that means: We are a Dallas-based, boutique investment sales firm focused on the sale of shopping centers for institutions and private investors/developers throughout the country.

Memorable project: Closing on the sale of Southlake Town Square in 2004. It’s not every day people in our business are fortunate enough to sell a $300M shopping center.

Currently live: Dallas

Why DFW?: Graduated from SMU in 1989 and then worked for Trammell Crow Co for many years earlier in my career. DFW provides one of the greatest and most resilient real estate markets in the country. It offers an excellent quality of life, and most businesses continue to grow and thrive in this market.

School: SMU (college) and Memphis University School (high school)

Bucket list: Visit Israel, hike the Grand Canyon in one day, charter a yacht in the Mediterranean Sea.

Family facts: Married to Angelia for almost 20 years. Have three children- Ty (17), Anna (14) and Ainsley (12). Pets: three dogs and a cat.

Hobbies: Hiking, snowboarding, wakeboarding and swimming.

Startling fact: I weighed 11 lbs, 1 oz when I was born.
